Shipping:

• FREE shipping on all US orders of $150+(before tax) purchased via website.  Shipping is charged on orders under $150.
• Orders are typically shipped out within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted, peak holiday season (Black Friday- Christmas), or weather related incidences.  Please note:  we do not have any control over the package once it leaves our hands. We typically ship USPS so delivery time varies with their seasonality.

Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
• If shipped, item must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery as shown by tracking.
• If you select store pickup:
•        please pickup within 7 business days
•       please note that we will allow an additional 5 days for returns to allow              time for pickup but we cannot extend our policy beyond that.
• If shipping an item/order back to us, please have items postmarked within 14 days of original delivery.  PLEASE NOTE:  We retain the right to refuse returns when they are not shipped back within this timeframe.  
• Returns are refunded via store credit only. Purchases made with return credits are final sale. 
• Items must be unworn/unwashed/tags on to be eligible.
• Items must be free of stains or damages and in the exact same condition in which they left the store.
• Sales items are FINAL SALE.
• Clearance/Flash Sale/Final Sale/Discount coded items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. Seasonal specific items are final sale.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping for any returns. 
• Requests to cancel an order prior to shipping, will be honored less a 10% restock fee (as we do not recover the fees from cc processing when an order is refunded).
• Please note that colors may vary from different viewing devices. However, we do our very best to get it accurate.
• Items smelling of cigarette smoke can not be returned.
• Please note that we will not accept returns due to not following proper washing instructions.
