Policies - Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

  • FREE shipping on all US orders of $100+(before tax) purchased via website.  Shipping is charged on orders under $100.
  • Orders shipped out within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted, peak holiday season (Black Friday- Christmas), or weather related incidences.  

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • If shipped, item must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery as shown by tracking.
  • If you select store pickup:
  •        please pickup within 7 business days
  •       please note that we will allow an additional 5 days for returns to allow              time for pickup but we cannot extend our policy beyond that.
  • If shipping an item/order back to us, please have items postmarked within 14 days of original delivery.
  • Returns are refunded via store credit only. Purchases made with return credits are final sale. 
  • Items must be unworn/unwashed/tags on to be eligible.
  • Sales items are FINAL SALE.
  • Clearance/Flash Sale/Final Sale/Discount coded items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping for any returns.
  • Please note that colors may vary from different viewing devices.
  • Items smelling of cigarette smoke can not be returned.
  • Please note that we will not accept returns due to not following proper washing instructions.
  • Please contact us regarding any damages within 3 days of receipt of product.  We inspect all items prior to sending them out.

  • Please contact us to start your return.  If you send something back without contacting us, we will not be responsible for shipping any item back to you if it does not fall within our return guidelines.
