    The color experience provides you with an in depth and comprehensive look at your best colors.  The typical color experience takes approximately 90-120 minutes.

    The Color Experience includes:

    • Color analysis to determine your color code- this includes undertone, season, & subseason

    • Draping & rating of 10-20 colors within your palette  
      • each palette has 35-40 colors
    • Pop color review (these are the top 3-6 colors that best suit you)
    • Metal color assessment (does silver, gold, or both make you POP)

    • Patterns assessment

    • Your best neutrals

    • Footwear and handbag suggestions

    • Wardrobe analysis- bring 3-6 items to your consultation for analysis

    • Makeup color recommendations

    • Makeup analysis- bring your makeup bag

    • Digital color swatches of your best colors

    • A pdf summary with all of your custom information (to be received within 24 hours of consultation)

    *Due to the extensive nature of the color experience, children under the age of 14 should not attend the appointment with you.  Thank you for understanding.

    *We will contact you via text or email to schedule your consultation once your order is complete.

    Shipping & Return Policy

    Shipping:

    • FREE shipping on all US orders of $100+(before tax) purchased via website.  Shipping is charged on orders under $100.
    • Orders shipped out within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted, peak holiday season (Black Friday- Christmas), or weather related incidences.  

    Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
    • If shipped, item must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery as shown by tracking.
    • If you select store pickup:
    •        please pickup within 7 business days
    •       please note that we will allow an additional 5 days for returns to allow              time for pickup but we cannot extend our policy beyond that.
    • If shipping an item/order back to us, please have items postmarked within 14 days of original delivery.
    • Returns are refunded via store credit only. Purchases made with return credits are final sale. 
    • Items must be unworn/unwashed/tags on to be eligible.
    • Items must be free of stains or damages and in the exact same condition in which they left the store.
    • Sales items are FINAL SALE.
    • Clearance/Flash Sale/Final Sale/Discount coded items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping for any returns. 
    • Requests to cancel an order prior to shipping, will be honored less a 10% restock fee (as we do not recover the fees from cc processing when an order is refunded).
    • Please note that colors may vary from different viewing devices.
    • Items smelling of cigarette smoke can not be returned.
    • Please note that we will not accept returns due to not following proper washing instructions.
    • Please contact us regarding any damages within 3 days of receipt of product.  We inspect all items prior to sending them out.
