Shipping:
- FREE shipping on all US orders of $125+ (before tax) purchased via website. Shipping is charged on orders under $125.
- Orders are typically shipped out within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted, peak holiday season (Black Friday- Christmas), or weather related incidences. Please note: we do not have any control over the package once it leaves our hands. We typically ship USPS so delivery time varies with their seasonality.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
- If shipped, item must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery as shown by tracking.
- If you select store pickup:
- please pickup within 7 business days
- please note that we will allow an additional 5 days for returns to allow time for pickup but we cannot extend our policy beyond that.
- If shipping an item/order back to us, please have items postmarked within 14 days of original delivery. PLEASE NOTE: We retain the right to refuse returns when they are not shipped back within this timeframe.
- Returns are refunded via store credit only. Purchases made with return credits are final sale.
- Items must be unworn/unwashed/tags on to be eligible.
- Items must be free of stains or damages and in the exact same condition in which they left the store.
- Sales items are FINAL SALE.
- Clearance/Flash Sale/Final Sale/Discount coded items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. Seasonal specific items are final sale.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping for any returns.
- Requests to cancel an order prior to shipping, will be honored less a 10% restock fee (as we do not recover the fees from cc processing when an order is refunded).
- Please note that colors may vary from different viewing devices. However, we do our very best to get it accurate.
- Items smelling of cigarette smoke can not be returned.
- Please note that we will not accept returns due to not following proper washing instructions.
- Please contact us regarding any damages within 3 days of receipt of product. We inspect all items prior to sending them out.

Chargeback Policy
At Allure Clothing Boutique, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns directly with our customers. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company.
We maintain detailed records of all orders, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and store policies. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide this documentation to the payment processor and financial institution to dispute any chargeback that we believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, or filed in violation of our stated policies.
Fraudulent chargebacks, including claims made after merchandise has been delivered or received, may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases and may be referred to the appropriate authorities or collection efforts where permitted by law.
