Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping:
- FREE shipping on all US orders of $100+(before tax) purchased via website. Shipping is charged on orders under $100.
- Orders shipped out within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted, peak holiday season (Black Friday- Christmas), or weather related incidences.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
- If shipped, item must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery as shown by tracking.
- If you select store pickup:
- please pickup within 7 business days
- please note that we will allow an additional 5 days for returns to allow time for pickup but we cannot extend our policy beyond that.
- If shipping an item/order back to us, please have items postmarked within 14 days of original delivery.
- Returns are refunded via store credit only. Purchases made with return credits are final sale.
- Items must be unworn/unwashed/tags on to be eligible.
- Items must be free of stains or damages and in the exact same condition in which they left the store.
- Sales items are FINAL SALE.
- Clearance/Flash Sale/Final Sale/Discount coded items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping for any returns.
- Requests to cancel an order prior to shipping, will be honored less a 10% restock fee (as we do not recover the fees from cc processing when an order is refunded).
